My experience in this hotel was amazing... Firstly the hotel manager was so good towards us... And staff's were equally good... Room's were superb.. They were very clean.. It was comfy...hospitality was amazing....hotel service is great and food quality is also good their staff's are very helpful.. we are satisfied with their service...Only one issue is that they should maintain their washrooms a little bit...Then it will be perfect.... Overall it was amazing ....
Never trust this managers on hotel when I tried to book through website he did not accept the payment although we had a word before booking, and cancelled it mentioned banking issues again tried to call and confirm booking with same rate after visting hotel, stated they are going to charged more as offered by website. But earlier when we had a word with hotel manager he mentioned they are going to offer same rate as the website. Now you guys decided whom should we trust. If he mentioned earlier that room offered price is much lower than we could cancel why did he make such ruckus now i have to wait 30 days for refund and not gonna trust on these kind of hotels, rather they removed their hotels from sites, that could be better for other customer
Worst. They are lier, rude, mannerless. If there is option to give zero rating, I must give them zero. Rooms are so dirty. I called them before 2/3 hours of reaching, they didn't even bother to ready rooms. Rating, photo shown in google all are false.
Worst experience staying in this hotel. The hotel has no inverter and twice there was a power outage during our stay. The rooms are small and not well equipped. The taps and flush in the washroom was not working properly hence we had to call the plumber. Even the knob of the washroom was broken and we had to call the plumber to fix it. Most importantly the worst ever experience we saw a man inside the hotel ( not sure if it was a tourist or the staff) was roaming around without undergarments. Though they call it a family hotel but not at all safe for women. It's better to spend a night at NJP station than to book this hotel.
Rooms are very very bad. Fungus in walls tablets etc (in upper floor rooms) NO GEYSER, NO TOWELS, VERY HARD MATTRESS LIKE WOOD, NO ROOM SERVICE, EVEN NO FUNCTIONAL SOCKETS TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE, Over charged room.
My experience in this hotel was absolutely amazing .... Room were clean , well maintained staffs were polite nd helpful even a manager was good ,overall my experience was great nd I would like to visit there again..... price were reasonable too.

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very cooperative. Their room service is fast and they try to have as little hold up as possible. We had a very comfortable stay both times we went. Totally recommend.

Full furnished place with day to day cleaning facilities and the food is good and the environment is free and no one disturbs you for no reason. Wifi is also available and everything in all is great.
