PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU COME HERE. I'll try to give experience about my mother's initial cancer diagnosis and treatment I decided not to do here after bad experience. Do not come to this hospital if you have health insurance. Lift is like a luxury if you can travel. All lifts never works. And it stops on all the floors. In charge keeps asking about pass and unnecessary hassle just to reach to your patient. In OPD, For everything you have to go here and there. Payment is separate, medical department is separate, reports collection is mostly separate like blood test reports and all. Doctors are arrogant, disrespectful and always in rush. I don't know they even check the reports and patients properly. They don't explain patients anything about the disease and just send them out of OPD saying that leave treatment to me and they will take care. They just follow the guidelines of their study and I don't see any experience being used anywhere during the treatment. Doctors are not polite and get personal easily Dr. Zalak Kelawala for simple queries. Savagely asks to check on google. Dr. Kalpesh Prajapati don't know how to talk with cancer patients relative. I was so frightened after they told me about my mother's treatment although he's very experienced. Cancer doctors should be very positive, kind and empathetic. Because patient and their relatives are already very scared of the disease. They should give they hope and live them happily whatever time they have left as nature has granted instead of scaring them until they live. They think that everyone in the world should understand their system as if it is part of education and seminars have given to people. You cannot leave the patient on trust of hospital. You have to be very careful while the treatment, I've heard some patients have lost their lives also due to irresponsible management. I've only given 1 stars because poors are treated free in Ayushman Card facility of the government. And most of the treatments given are good but someone should be there to take care and keep an eye on it. One more shocking thing about hospitalisation is that based on the room you choose, cost of treatment also will change. Higher the room price, higher the cost of treatment. What nonsense!!!! Doctors don't give clear picture about treatment cost. For chemo port doctor told me it will be around 40K INR. Then I admitted mother as after port I had to start chemotherapy also. While admission they told me medicine charges will be extra on the estimate of port insertion of 58K. I thought it will be for chemotherapy. But next day they give another 26K medicine bills for the medicines which will be used in surgery. I got very angry due to incorrect communication from them and asked to discharge immediately and don't want to continue anything there. Even discharge is painful. You have to go to 10th floor for billing and then 2nd floor for refund of deposit. They charged me half day extra even though I asked them to discharge immediately after 1 day. They didn't even give me bill and form B and c for my insurance. For that again I've to come this. No guidance nothing. Very pathetic. Literally you'll feel like you're at free government hospital and they charge for health insurance more than some of the good private hospital. Food is bad in canteen. Nothing is there outside like Rajasthan and Civil Hospital. Even there is no difference in food for patients admitted in lower rooms and higher rooms and even free rooms. For patient also food is bad quality like roadside food. No food for the first person staying with the patient. When relative wants to have meal they have to leave patient alone or they have to first come with the pass to ground floor and give them the pass and the they can go to 9 floor. Even this is also not as per their policy as pass have names written on it. I mean the relative cannot go outside the room as they only give 1 pass (paper) with patient no matter whichever room you're staying. I mean why is there a pass in the first place. Feedback form wasn't given that.

Third class hospital. Bogus security Staff nd third class staff they just experiment on patient nd emergency is just for name as a reason they just waste time in their or theirs doctor is also misbehave with relatives while they can't understand case properly they have lack of knowledge nd can't give proper treatment at proper time third class management by hospital.and all rules just applied on patient relative not on theri staff and also when doctor don't understand your case after doing surgery by own they make false report nd make hands up . Humble request to everyone if you want to really save your patient don't come here they just earning from ayushman Bharat yonjna or scheme it's just business for them plz don't go towards facilities just see on your patient

Best hospital for middle class n lower middle-class patients

Very bad experience. All doctors are good and responsible but other are are not supporting and treat as we are thair beggars. My 3 months daughter admitted at 6 July in PICU. She transferred in general ward at 11th noon. Also doctors advised to discharge at 12 morning but still at noon we are in process of discharge and we don't khnow when will we get free from this hospital. They admit patient unnecessary and get pmjay charges from government. And patients and relatives has to suffer from counter to counter inquiry.

Very bad hospital for the treatment, too much of formalities, if someone is in critical situation then also they will ask for their formalities to complete. I highly recommend everyone to not come to this hospital ever. They don't understand you and the patient who is suffering from any disease.
