My speaker lost its sound for a long time due to the cloth tore in it. Had searched multiple service shops for the spare speaker/new one and couldn't find one. GBS somehow glued the cloth and it's perfectly working for me without switching to new speaker Their regular laptop service is also good, my laptop temperature is stable now.

I find them as the best laptop service centre in Trichy. They resolved my queries then and there, such a customer friendly environment. I went for the battery replacement for my HP Omen, but without any extra charges they even did internal cleaning from the board to fans, vents, etc and also replaced the thermal pastes. Once I got back and started using I found my laptop to be is such an awesome condition than it was usually before and even the working processor temperatures dropped very significantly. Providing best service and resolving any kind of issues we are having in laptop. They are providing very genuine service. Also suggesting what needs to be done if the issue occurs the next time and it should be taken care. The way they approaching the customer is too good.

GBS what a name. I do not who they are. I just googled and found good review and hence I called. One Mr. Radhakrishnan answered and he was polite, courteous. I explained my problem and my im-mobility to come to his showroom. He sent some one to pick up the laptop. I just got a brand new Dell Inspiron laptop from US and while opening its right hinge got damaged. I called Dell customer care. They said though the service tag has been transferred to India, since it is purchased in US I can send it to either Chennai or Coimbatore (I live in Trichy). Had it been purchased in India, they can attend to locally. Anyway GBS sent some one to pick up my laptop. Now my worry starts. I don't know the company, nor I know the boy who picked up my laptop. No receipt, no acknowledgment, how genuine they are, etc. etc. For this I made innumerable phone calls to make sure the company is really there. They have repaired my laptop and that too nominally. I had a fear since this is a latest model, (just few months), they may not have spare parts. GBS repaired it well. I am very very happy with their attitude and product knowledge and service. The battery is working fine. The reason for giving 4 star is that the back cover screws were not tightened fully, some were loose and had to be tightened by me.
