There is no staff available for patient too. Long time for sonography and other treatment. Dr leave for present for lunch. There is a no order Dr in lunchtime for patient. if you don't have staff, please feel your stuff and then running the hospital your doctor is always on using the phone

I came at the GBH American Hospital after a bike accident. They really take care of me from the very beginning. Everybody was so kind and welcoming. I need to be visited, have x-rays and visited again by another doctor and the all procedure was very fast! All the nurses were so welcoming and prepared and the doctors were excellently competent! I was admitted to my father on 13th November 2023 for GBH American hospital in emergency Department. *DR.LAXMAN SINGH* & him emergency team does not have any knowledge related to medicine or treatment. Worst Doctors.Because of that person I lost my father. Also emergency staff mentioned wrong details or date in the death arrival certificate. GBH American hospital staff is very rude behaviour. So my suggestion was that should not go to this hospital for any treatment. Worst hospital.
Doctors take 1 hr long lunch break, which could be done in 10 mins while 7-8 patients are waiting for the same duration to get their treatment done. Even after telling the nursing staff, that it's an emergency they replied doctors take such long breaks, you should wait. Not expected this in a well named hospital. Half of the time of the doctors is spent in such breaks only. Although treatment was good, but strictness in rules regarding breaks to be taken up by management.
My grand father was admitted in GBH hospital 3rd October. Overall all the entire stay and services were really nice. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Dr Abhay Jain,Dr Ankur Sethi,nurse Keshar and gsa staff Pushpendra was also very nice, helpful and polite. We're are very much impressed with all the services and staff. Thank you for taking good care !!!!!!
The hospital was big and clean, I personally like the place but the problem is that it is costly. Moreover, when one doctor is taking my blood from injection,he scratches me by the needle so long but he didn't apologize instead he was rude. I don't know why but the doctor seems to be so hurry as if his Home is running away. Why he has to be so careless? Also I don't know Hindi much so he told me to take my report at 1:30 in Hindi, as i didn't understand I asked him to translate in English but he didn't instead one stranger help me in that matter. I'm not happy with his service personally. There were some nurses who helped me.
Worst, inexperienced and rude nursing staff and doctor. Dr sunil jangid, Dr Amit rajput and their subordinate nursing staff behaviour was very rude and they force us to discharge the patient. Nursing staff is so inexperienced that unable to put cannula and unable to find my daughter's vein upto 10 minutes and when we told to doctor about this then Dr jangid and rajput start misbehaving with us
