A beautiful temple along the corner of the mehrangarh fort. On the way to the temple there is a small pond giving a great path view.
My 5 star rating not for the temple... Since I didn't enter to the temple, but the view was awesome, sunset and blue houses are awesome, apart from all other city view and sunset points this is the best and most of us didn't aware about this one, spent time for sunset you will feel what I meant
The Chamunda Mata Devi temple is situated in the last corner of Mehrangarh fort. The devotees come here in large numbers and follow the goddess with utmost devotion. The blue houses of jodhpur are clearly visible from here and look stellar in the backdrop.

Chamunda Devi Temple The chamunda Mataji was Rao Jodha's favorite goddess, he brought her idol from the old capital of Mandore in 1460 and installed her in Mehrangarh (Maa chamunda was the kul devi of the Pratihara rulers of Mandore. She remains the Maharaja's and the Royal Family's Isht Devi or adopted goddess and is worshipped by most of Jodhpur's citizens as well. Crowds throng Mehrangarh during the Dussehracelebrations.
Mehrangarh (which is the gateway to the Gayatri Shaktipeeth Shri Chamunda Mata temple) is a very beautiful and well maintained fort overlooking the whole of Jodhpur and showing a lot of the city's history. After paying the entrance fee you'll be let in to the fort. A ticket for foreigners is Rs600 (or Rs400 for students) and includes an audio tour, unfortunately the device doesn't come with headphones and you'll have to walk around holding it against your ear for a few hours. The museum is beautiful, clean and really well maintained, especially if you compare it to other museums and exhibition rooms in India. The fort it self is an architectural masterpiece, especially considering the time it was build. After visiting the fort and the museum you can make your way true the garden and visit the temple, which will give you the absolute best view on the blue city.
