The doctors response was good. Staff behaves like they are owners of building. Lot of arrogance, no responsiveness and prompt service. Duty nurses should know their duty. They don't come to us we have to go and ask please check vitals etc. And such a big hospital with no lift for visitors, no lights in verandas no fans. Even in front of operation theatre there are no fans and ventilation. People have to wait in full sweat. Every one expects money thats ok but before discharge only this is not expected. Please maintain proper service and clean environment. We are paying you!!!!!!
Hospital environment is neat and clean well hygiene, doctors behaviour is also good but nurses and lower level staff behaviour is very worst so hospital management is required look into the matter ASAP. To improve reputation of hospital
Worst experience ever wouldn't even give single star. Dr. VAMSI PAVNI(dentist)gave completly wrong treatment for root cannal even broke the cannal needle in the teeth wich was not even informed to me but due to terrible pain visited another hospital and got to know the problem wich could have lead to cancer if not removed also the cannal cannot be removed so ended up getting the tooth removed instead. Also later heard similar experience from other people around.
