It is a very bad hopistal yet the nurses and the doctors right here are so toxic with patient's beloved ones they ain't letting us even video call the ones who are far away from the city as the patient is on her last stage. The doctor is enjoying and giggling while the patient is coughing badly , like they don't care even tho they're saying that 'aur kya , hota hai , chordo' thus it's better to make our beloved one stay at home only rather than being in hopistal like this

Poor management.. OT staff was very rude while my surgery. I was crying for doctor support approx. 30 mins but no one bother to attend. Lady nurse was busy on WhatsApp chat & gossip etc.
