Gayathri Designs - Clothing store in Thodupuzha - Idukki, India

I had a terrible experience with the saree stitching service at this store. The final result was nothing like what I had requested - the fit was completely off and the stitching was shoddy. It's clear they lack the expertise required for quality saree stitching. Communication was also a challenge, and they seemed uninterested in resolving the issues. I would strongly advise against using their stitching service.

Over priced Stiching quality and fittings were very poor

I had the worst experience at this clothing store. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, as if they didn't want to be there. The selection was also disappointing, with outdated styles and limited sizes. The prices were outrageous for the poor quality of clothing they offered. I will never step foot in this store again.

The staffs were good and attentive, I had good experience on the first visit. There were no kurthi or salwar designs with them which usually a designer shop should have, so I had given them the below reference to stitch the same. I had taken the material and paid for it, they've suggested to put the lining as well and the price came around 880 for the 4meter material with lining. The designer had shown the beads they'd use for neck embroidery and that it'll be hand work, which alone had costed 1800 and an extra of 600 for stitching the above design. I'll update the review once I receive the product based on the results.

Poor service.. The staff first suggested one colour and design and pushed to buy the same.When we asked for a different colour, they simply walked away and started ignoring.. Stitching was not done on time.. Low quality product and design against our wish..Charged much more than what they initially said and no receipt for stitching (thats their policy)!!! Fortunately, we bought a back up dress so we didn't end up spoiling our event..

Poor customer service , especially in stitching section . I went there for churidhar and blouse stitching .. one of the women she hold churidhar piece and said to me it's not in proper length and talk very rude behaviour .other downstairs staff said she is the owner ( son in kattappana) . Atleast she can make customer comfort . I don't prefer Gayathri anymore. Not recommended also. I asked who is the owner of this for making complaint. Then she was polite. And that time she said they don't do outside dressing material sticking . Atleast she can said first . I went to another boutique they welcome me gratefully and my churidhar material was correct and appropriate for my size Poor customer service ...

Behaviour of each and every staff is very irritating. They will mislead you

Is there any option for zero star rating? What else rating could I give if my wedding gown wasn't fully stitched in the wedding eve? Can you imagine giving a full reference pic and stitching instructions, yet getting a white night dress kind of terrible item?
