Gautam's Motel & Resorts - Motel in Samalkha - Panipat, India

No hot water i in room. Since 1 hour. We paid 3500 for 1 day Saw the review by owner. They gave us first floor room which was old. Bathroom was like lodge. We came at 10 pm night so didn't complain. When we learnt from staff that first floor don't have hot water facility, we were angry. After 1 hour they gave us temporary room which was new, but for 3 days we stayed there, no dustbin. No house keeping done . Not even clean Bathroom. Flush was not working. Horrible experience. Ruined our mood. All sweet talk but NO GOOD SERVICE.

The place cost is more and room service is not present only. You need to carry your keys with you. It is better to go to panipat and stay in any better hotel for low cost.

Excellent hotel near samalkha . I stayed there for three nights with famuly. Hygienic food.... Cooperative staff specially manager Madhav... Spacious rooms. Highly Recommended

Very good service and food ....The owner is also very gentle person and very helpful ,,,,when I was there I required blue label urgently for my accompany and the owner provided me the same....GREAT HOTEL AND THE ENTIRE TEAM OF GG....

I don't know why his owner is not taking care with his full energy. Its very old, lot of space for parking and spacious. If owner will take care of this and concentrate how to make it better then it will be good for him.

Nice place...on road location with plenty of parking space....rooms are nice and spacious.... ground floor hall is pretty good....only conscious is you instruct the cattering team for food arrangements for mass occasion.

Nice place on GT road for any small event has restaurant and rooms to stay. Facility is not maintained as in star hotels but good for small stay during long journey on the way on GT road.
