I went to the hotel along with my wife. After enquiring the rates for rooms at the front office, the manager on that date called the staff to show us the rooms. The room which was shown to us had horrible seepage.
I can't comprehend why they would show us a room like that? If it was inadvertent then it really points to the mismanagement amd careless attitude of the staff and the owners.
Suffice to say did not stay there and would not recommend that anyone stays here based on my personal experience.
Had an amazing stay at the property. The staff is super thoughtful and very welcoming. Sanjeeta, the property manager made us feel at home and made our stay comfortable. She even recommended some trails we could explore near the area.
It's was a good experience staying at Gautam residency. Rooms were specious and clean. Staff is polite and efficient. Food was very good. The only suggestion is that they should have more items in buffet breakfast. Rest was great
