It was very bad experience, as my brother got ACL ligament tear operation, total amount was around 110924Rs. And we got approval for 102104 remaining 8820 Rs had to pay. But they asked me 15% additional on total that is around 16638Rs as non medical charges which i confirmed with insurance partner which I don't need to pay any extra amount other that 8820 Rs. When we discussed this issue with the management, his behaviour was soo rude he said you have to pay also we will not provide you any recite for that. else we are not going to discharge. After being in conversation for an hour, he said I did not received any approval from insurance agency let it come where as I already received copy of amount disbursement which I forwarded to them. Then he said it's not trusted source I have to get it from my source then only it's valid. And made patient wait from 2:00 pm to 6:00 Pm. with operated leg. I request you all please prefer other hospital instead of this.

Hi, this is Keshav. I have done my mom to both the legs got operated and this hospital here. My issue is talking about the doctors. They're pretty good. We will experience very kindly response. If the doctor so good that is not enough got a very bad experience with a nurse. Boys nurse with the nurses and who expression is it in the cash counter. She is really ridiculous lady. She's not fit to work in a hospital for public sector. all we have is worse than government hospital staff, please Hospital department consider as my issue Today really I got bad experience about this hospital. I am not wishing to come back again. I wish all looking for the self-respect don't visit. You don't visit to this hospital

Money minded people don't go to Gaurav Hospital very bad experience I have done three x-ray one MRI

Although the Dr.Devaraj is expert in field and treats well. The security outside Dr's chamber is very arrogant and not mannered person. Along with some Male nurse . They just treat patients like Animals with giving all commands like directing hands to get inside , sit here , stand there . He refuses to tell which token number is running . He commands like the CEo of hospital. We can understand the crowd is more . But if we are told in mannered way we can wait for 1 or 2 hours no problem. But treating patients like Animals is really bad and hurts one self respect. Dr. Devaraj should appointment some well mannered staff or train the present one to how to behave...

I came here to treat for fracture of my tibia broken and its operated in bengaluru but they dud nit done proprely the skin stich so skin infected and pain i took appointment ti visit dr.devaraj and suggested for immidiate admission and for skin drafting. treated me very very carefully and operated now iam good fir dis charge.even sudters staff and hospital atmospier is very good.

Best and one of the costliest hospitals in Kolar... Let's come to the point about the Dr.Devaraja is awesome and friendly ...always communicate with patients and smiles and good advices...exept this doctor remaining all staffs are average one of the staffs who push wheelchairs don't know the name that person is nice and perfect staff because of my father was getting treatment of broken of bone in knee, and couldn't able to walk to consultation room... When took my dady to hospital immediately this person came Whit wheelchair with smile towards of my car and he took inside carefully.... Except this person I will rating 2 stars for staff and another junior doctor.
