The place is good with the area but room service needs some more workers.

Love this place... Quaint, peaceful... very unlike a hotel.. away from the hustle & bustle

The biggest advantage is that it is close to Oil India office, so for business travel, especially for a longer stay it is good as it is more like a home than a hotel type establishment. Foods are good, but will not get too much options and need to give the confirmation for you lunch or dinner will in advance.

Beautiful place. But, poor or unsatisfying customer service. Be a front desk manager. They must be able to understand and listen to what the customer feels.

This is best available holel in the location. Good food, good greenery. Rooms are spacious. Staff is good. In the morning and evening you can hear the birdsong. Excellent location for nature lover.

This is place located on Buddha Mandir Road and Behind OIL India Office. The caption of the hotel is great, Guest house with Difference. As said, they are different. The tariff is reasonable. The food will be liked by North Indians. However for south Indian, the food may not of that liking. As they dont serve IDLY, SAMBHAR Etc. However expecting south delicacies in North East is high demand. So dont expect, Enjoy the local lemon, chillies and the food. Mr. Balaram (Cook cum Supervisor) was excellent. Always at your need. They provide you packaged drinking bottles. (No Charge)

It's a good hotel comparing duliajan is small place but rates are on a higher side

"An unique Guest House" (sic) ;-) So so so many issues are there here but I won't point them out as I had no other choice but to stay here. Overall a not so bad stay.
