The good thing about this hotel is that it's on the national highway.. That's it. rest below the standard. I am sure the ratings are sponsored. Check In: My experience was horrible. I reached 11 pm, and the guy on reception was ill behaved and started arguing and denied checking even though the hotel was almost empty. Room: Do not go by pics. Damp , smelly rooms, curtains were never washed since inception, bed was very uncomfortable, and bathrooms are disgusting.For 3300, it was the worst room . Ambiance: The outside of the hotel seems good with a garden and well maintained. but you need a room to sleep, not a lawn. Breakfast: which was included in the tariff. restaurant was unhygienic, and I could not provide a jam for bread. many items were on the whiteboard, but I believe that is for reading only. Room Service: not taken any service. Overall: if you get this hotel at 1500 in MMT, then it's ok to spend the night for a rest for a couple of hours .

Had wonderful tea break here, we also ordered sandwich, which was perfectly made. I think the rooms here are also pretty good though I never stayed.

Service is more than worst. They even donot bother your presence. Staff here behave as if they do favour you. Never visit this restaurant.

Review for restaurant Pathetic Never seen such worst service at any restaurant. We had to call at least 4 times to clean the table and twice to send someone to take orders..After a long wait they served cold food.. average food quality.. pathetic and arrogant management.

This is a review of the restaurant only from a walk-in traveller who wanted to have some breakfast. For a restaurant that charges 159 bucks plus GST for a pair of boiled eggs, the cloths covering most of the tables, including the table mats, are dirty from months of dried grime and spillovers. I'd expect at least clean white table covers, or at the very least clean table mats, but no. The service was indifferent, but the guy serving did do me the favour of peeling the very hot (and very late) boiled eggs for me. I had idli, they only give you sambhar, no nariyal chutney, forget about jhal chatni. The sambhar daal was OK, the idli was slightly stale. The coffee was more milk than coffee until I asked for more actual coffee. The restaurant is spread over a large area, and possibly the rooms are good, but given the charges, they could do much, much better. ___________________ 11 July 2023: This is an edit after Mr Vikas Kr. However, what is most important is that you take heed of what I wrote. The concerns shared are genuine, and I hope you will take steps so your restaurant is more clean and hygienic in future. We were traveling from Kolkata to Buxar, stopped @ this place for lunch. Requested the staff to cook specific type of mutton curry and we were surprised as it was extremely tasty. Loved the food. Staffs are friendly. Good ambience. Overall excellent experience.

One of my friend recommended me this place and i booked the deluxe room for 3 nights through hotel's website on-line booking. I was very happy with the hotel service the rooms are nice n clean, with fish tank, A/c works very well. The great travel advise and free information provided by the travel counter and they organized our Agra Tour I m very happy with them, very nice and driver arranged by them. Food was very good and the Best part of this place is its roof top garden and restaurant which is very beautiful place specially at the night. The staff was very helpful and co-operative.
