I had a wonderful two-day stay at Garden bay. Resort is beautifully designed overlooking the Beachfront, has a classy garden and great ambience. The place was well maintained and clean. I have visited with family and was pleasant experience! Modern amenities, fantastic location, and genuinely attentive staff and there is a really great restaurant at a stone's throw distance from the resort and has a grand menu with lots of varieties to choose from. The rooms are spacious and clean. Nice lounge. Extremely well behaved staff and service. I recommend this resort for anyone looking for a wonderful staycation, stress-free and make your stay a memorable one in a good budget. I'm definitely booking this resort for my future stays in Varkala. Thank you Garden Bay for your hospitality.
Rooms are ok but the service is worst no mineral water bottle, no TV only one guy at the front dest . Definitely not worth the price at all. The heater in the shower doesn't even have temperature control and the water was very heat and don't even ask me about the AC condition.
We Had a great experience with Garden Bay . The amenities were great. The room was clean and perfect. It's quite a good property to stay in Varkala. Will recommend it to friends and relatives.
The room i booked was not clean. There were insects and somany black slug(an animal) in the toilet. When i asked for a clean room they charged me 1000 rupees more. My total expense for this stay gone too high, and not so worth it. Their customer service is really bad. The receptionist dont know the local language(malayalam) and didnt know english also. There is no mineral water in the room and we have to ask them for each and everything. Overall it terribly spoiled my trip. Dont recommend this resort to anyone. Especially the garden view cottage is small, expensive and really terrible.
Overall, I had a great experience with Garden Bay, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. It's quite a good property to stay in Varkala. Will recommend it to friends and relatives. Thank you for hosting us this time. Will definitely give it a visit next time.
Rooms are ok but there is only 1 member who handles the property and he is not co-operative even i didn't get water bottle inside the room. I dont know what they are charging for. There is no staff only one guy and that time he was mislead so much.
Great location, the resort is right on Varkala Cliff. All eateries are nearby. Clean and beautiful rooms with all necessary services provided. Great ambience in the hotel garden. Very polite and helpful staff, good people.

If you want a peaceful stay near a beach you can definitely try this place, a little difficulty in accessibility but our 2 days stay was so calm and relaxing, you can reach out the varkala cliff by a 15 mins walk.
