Ganpat Ka Dhaba - Maharashtrian Restaurant in Badlapur, Ambernath - Thane, India

Visited 3 days back, it just has tables and chairs (no ambiance), 2-3 dishes in veg and probably 4-5 dishes in non Veg. They don't have a menu and people know what they serve as there are very few dishes. To my surprise: with no ambiance this dhaba is very famous. They make one of the best Desi style Non-veg dishes. Pure in taste and healthy. My friends took 5-6 bowls of rassa (soup) and they didn't even charge for it. It is one of the best place to visit of you love non-veg. Pure Vegetarians might not like it.

Mutton thali was superb with unlimited rassa

The place is a heaven for people who want to indulge in local agri non veg food, be it chicken, fish (sea water) or mutton, their lip smacking home cooked food is something that will suprise ur taste buds. They allow you to bring your own liquor and provide all necessary assitance however u need to purchase food from them. Their fish fry (Bangda and surmai) are just awesome and fresh while their prawn lapeta is to die for. Do get the ghawan with prawns lapeta or chicken sukha which goes well with liquor.

Best place to eat non veg thali. All thali options like chiken thali, mutton thali, gavthi mutton thali with extra Rassa are available. In fish you will get prawns masala, Surmai Fry, Bombil Fry, Pomfret fry in reasonable amount. Overall food quality is Nice. You can visit with both family and friends. Bar section is also available it's seperate from family Section. Toilet facilities is available but it's not that much clean.

Honestly the place is not so good ..Not more option to eat ..food taste is not so bad..service is good and fast. Food quantity also not so good..parking space is good..i should suggest u visit at ur own risk....the toilet is the worst smell and opened no doors also ..it is with proof....

place is good and food is just awesome in taste but only make other way to go in family section.. because drunker seeing our family its not look nice... otherwise dhaba is fantastic

Been here 2-3 times. It's typical dhaba. Tried their chicken Lapeta, chicken sukha, bombil fry. Taste is excellent. You can carry ur own booze.

Have visited & ordered Mutton lapetta & gavan . Mutton was,made very Delicious tasty, quality, quantity n mouthwatering too. having such nice Delicious food , i agsinordered same Mutton Lapetta ,but in parcel to take it at home. n despite reminding them to assure no change in quality of Mutton, & not adding more bone meat pieces ,i was assured no we will not we may add Mutton meat piece too. but after bringing at home i opened my parcel Mutton Lapetta, the taste was very tasty as,served at dhaba but found only 1 mutton meat pieces, & rest was bone Mutton pieces. so pls be careful while taking parcel
