Ganpat Grand Hotel - Hotel in Palani - Dindigul, India

I recently stayed at Hotel Ganpat Grand and it was an excellent experience. The rooms were very good, spacious, clean and offered great value for money. The hotel staff was quite helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the temple and offered a wonderful view of the Palani hill. The food served at the hotel was also delicious and reasonably priced. The only suggestion I have is that they could improve their room service, which was a bit slow at times. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Ganpat Grand to anyone visiting the area. It is a great place to stay and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located at the foothills of Palani temple. Going by the reviews , I was a bit hesitant to book this place. Our experience was pleasant here. We got temple view rooms, which were neat and well maintained. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had many items and we enjoyed all of them. The restaurant attached is also good and has a wide variety on the menu.

Very good hotel with all basic amenities that are needed for a pleasant stay....Close to the temple as well(1 km approx)......In short, a very good choice for a stay with your family. Restaurants attached to the hotel have a decent amount of vegetarian items available on their menu (check out their timings). Hopefully, they maintain the hotel well in the long run and provide the same hospitality and warmth as they do now.

Terrible! I've been coming here for 4-5 years and the hotel has gone from decent to bad to terrible. The receptionist is a grouch - no smile, no greeting. The rooms and linen are terribly maintained - had to ask for a change of bed linen and towels. Restaurant: half the published menu not available. Waiters had the tv on full blast. When I requested another channel, they told me they would not entertain guest requests. I complained to the manager and he tells me they are "new"!

Pros - Good Location.Rope car and tonsure shed devasthanam all within walkable distance. Cons- They charge extra for early check-in even if rooms are available. Breakfast dishes remained exactly the same 2 days we stayed. Still room for improvement in overall service.

Water clogging in the toilet. Nobody smile at reception and also in the restaurant like we are torturing them. Food is tasteless and no salt. Pillow stained. Pillow cover stained. Room is dusty. In total, it is disaster to stay here. Unless you want to waste your money, this place not worth to stay. I could have given 0 star of it is available in Google.

Excellent hotel with full value for money. In a very convenient location as well to the temple. Food in the restaurant was very good and the staff where very friendly. Overall a 5 star experience and I would be back with my family soon.

Excellent location. Stayed multiple times during the last few years. Good service and food. However management should focus on better housekeeping, since the facilities are getting aged
