The hotel is just 2 mins walk away from MG Road. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. Most importantly the balcony offers an amazing view of entire Gangtok. The staff is very courteous and they offer really quality food and great service. The hotel also helped us book cabs for our tour. Overall this place is highly recommended.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms are very noisy. Location of the hotel basically good. The staff was friendly, but often gave inaccurate information. So many excuses were used on the part of the hotel. Breakfast was unfortunately not good. There was no buffet, although it was highly recommended to us. You could only choose a la carte. And even from the menu, many things were missing that they didn't have in the house. This urgently needs to be improved. The taxi service to various destinations was also poor. We had to wait 1-2 hours for our taxi in the morning and still pay a lot of money. The hotel is very new and some things need to be improved, otherwise even a three-star standard cannot be maintained here in the hotel. Information about what the hotel offers needs to be explained to guests on arrival. Staff, kitchen and service are in need of improvement. So far not worth the money!

This hotel was amazing,... The rooms are very spacious, neat and clean with balcony and very airy too. The crew members were very helpful. They arranged for our tour around gangtok. I totally enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended.

Gangtok Prime Hotel and Spa is truly a wonderful place for your family to spend happy vacations in Gangtok. Below are the reasons why: 1. Perfect Location : It is near MG Marg road. Just climb the stairs outside the hotel and you will be at MG Marg Market. 2. Cleanliness: Proper hygiene was maintained by everyone in cleaning the washroom, rooms and everything. On the top of this, rooms were cleaned every morning by the staff. 3. Helpful Staff: Each and every member of the staff was very helpful in anything that we needed. 4. Food: We ordered food (Dal Makhani and Roti) from the hotel and it was very good. Quantity and quality of the Dal was very good. 5. Valley View: Valley views from the balcony was mesmerizing. Hotel's manager P.S. Bhattacharya was very warm and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Kudos to the team and staff of Gangtok prime hotel and spa.

Property is new and rooms are fine but we had a really bad experience with the management. Manager (Mr. Vicky) ripped us as he quoted different prices during check in and next day took off the meal from our stay and charged way too much extra than original quote. All this because we did not book cab from their preferred travel partner who was forcing us to plan our trip as per his wish. I would suggest to check inclusions and final prices very clearly as they misrepresent the facts and work in a nexus with cab drivers.

Stayed at gangtok prime hotel was wonderful experience, it's location is very good and a new property hence rooms, service, food quality all are wonderful.All staffs are cooperative and courteous.Thanks entire staffs and General Manager specially for warm hospitality. It's really recommended star property.
