The reason why I'm giving 5 stars is that my overall experience was so good like medication, treatment, consultancy services. The staff was very supportive. It has very good hygiene maintenance.

Too much crowd not good facilities to sit this class hospital. Not good response to receptionist.

The staff was very cooperative. They have qualified and we'll experienced doctors and staff. Regular hygiene maintenance.

No punctuality and Dr Bansal & receptionist staff both are arrogant. If you really thinking about to visit there please guys don't go. Dr. not listening what you really want, your queries & problems. They are quarreling on each doubt or question. Very disappointing. Worst service ever.

Dr. Rakesh Bansal is best Derma & laser, skin specialist. Good services and facilities in the city.

Had a nice experience here, the hospital infrastructure is fairly good, the staff of the hospital is also cooperative and the doctors were good enough.
