The Gangakhed city is a historical place it is situated at famous Godavari river side. 1. Basic amenities ok. Cleanliness is satisfactory even on the platforms. Public addressing system is good. Electronic display screens well maintained. 2. Auto stand is located just outside the station
A small but very clean railway station on the Parli vaijnath - Nanded railway route. Only a few passenger trains stop here. The staff is very polite and helpful. Most of the trains arrive at platform 1 and it is located on single track route. Still a long way to go for this station
Station is good ,but their is lack of ticket giving service and some time Tatkal booking ticket line numbering is booked previous day . Station water is not good ,lack of toilet facilities... Most thing their is no available Coach place DISPLAY
It's block level place. Most of the basic amenities are available and connected to state and National highways
Raods under construction causing difficulty
After one &half month I visited today.now station become more clean &beautiful.
Should cleanliness on the main roads near Godavari river
Gangakhed need much more development as the roads are not good at all. The area near the bus stand need extra maintenance. The process of municipal party is quite slow. They doesn't clean on daily basis that's why there is no cleanliness.
This place is famous for saint Janabai. The temple is nice however there is no information of the place mentioned anywhere telling why it is a holy and imp place.
As a female, I highly recommender Anand lodge. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was peaceful yet convenient, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return in the future.
Hotel Raj Mohan... There is no such tea anywhere in Gangakhed city ... Tea is number one. In my opinion, everyone should come here and drink tea ... Sant Janabai is in front of the college
