Worst society , only Gunda Gardi , 24 hour water leakage in basement . No security in towers . Better to choose other society instead of this
In a few words nice place to live. Ganga yamuna hindon apartment. Is a nice place. I am writing the review in 2021 at the time of Dussehra I would say that the place is literally good and of high importance. It is neat and clean whenever I visited there, I witness proper security and hygeine. The buildings are under construction at the moment. and it appears as they are going to be one of the beautiful spot to live in. Opposite to it is Gaur Siddharthm, complex consisting of a park, just in the centre, and then in O form the buildings are surrounded. there are three types of I mean to say three colours in which three different blocks are represented, Ganga block with purple color, and yamuna block with orange color and hi don block in black/grey, representing each different block.
It's a very good society for middle class family. There are 2-3 projects which are under construction like Gaurs Siddhartham, TnT projects and others. There is a shopping mall which is also under construction. Approximately after 5 years it's a better place for everything. This will be new Indirapuram.
This is such a nice place for residence. Very good quality work done by Larsen & Toubro. All construction is of RCC, no bricks used in this campus. it's gonna be a very high class society in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. Cost of flats is higher than market rate, but you won't regret once you start leaving here. Surrounding area is well planned by UPAVP. So many schools in the nearby area. Santosh Medical University is hardly 200 Meter. 15 Minute distance from Noida sector- 62,63, 65 & all. It's gonna such a beautiful place. Thanks.
