Room is okay, but it's full of smell of cheep toilett air freshener. It was terribly disappointing that we didn't have a Ganga view. Bathroom is old. Don't expect relaxing elegant bath. You can just wet your body with toilet in tiny room. Food is not tasty. There is no elevater, but only steep stairs. We moved to another luxury hotel next day. It was much more expensive, but it totally worth it after long day in Varanasi.
Rooms are to small for 2 person. After negotiating we deal in 1800/- but not worth it. No room service is available. Manager needs the half payment in cash, he was forcing me to make payment in cash, after arguing he shared his personal gpay number in that I remitted half payment and half payment in hotels gpay. Toilet and washroom to toooo small, you can't stand and take the bath it's that much small. For water I have to go to 3rd floor and my room was in 2nd floor. Just location is on good place.
The rooms are small, linen not very clean, found cockroaches below the bed. Otherwise economical and VFM. The restaurant is good, but the service time is rather large. We had to wait 20 min to get just some tea

Clean and tidy rooms too..Manager and staff beheviour is also very good.. all the staff guides are very happy.. best hotel in Varanasi..buduget is vey nice . No high rate ...All of you will be able to visit Banaras well by coming here.I am so happy in this hotel ..The food are very very good ... expensive dal fry and paneer butter masala..is so good.. and breakfast time south indian dish dosa and sambhar is so good ..just try it ... Reception staffs behaviour are so rude. Room quality is also not good. Repair patches was showing on the wall. I am sharing a pic of room too. And it's resturant food quality is so bad. After having meal all members were suffering from stomach upset prob nd loose motion. Stay here but don't eat from it's resturant.
One of the worst place to stay. Not a suitable place for families. Too unhygienic. The rooms are congested and very untidy. The owner is a very bad person with rude behavior. Be careful.
@Dec2021. Its a good hotel to stay. Good hygiene & clean rooms. Room service is slow. Had to time & again ask for soap. Did not provide us with Mosquito device. Rates are reasonable. Inhouse restaurant Balaji Cafe & Restaurant. The food is good.
