Really a worst experience, pathetic service, less than normal amenities, no lifts, no specially abled friendly infra, no kitchen-canteen, illeterate staff. Not recommended , this place is worth 1200-1500 rupees per stay. Ratings-2/10. (Beware before booking this hotel)
Next to Ganga river. Near laxman jhulaa. Location tapovan. Very good accommodation and full river view . Rooms are 2000 rupees for 2 people. Great . Near by temple parking [P].

Ganga View Cottage and Ganga View Resort are two different properties although they are situated side by side near Laxman Temple in Rishikesh. Don't get confused. Here, I write about Ganga View Resort only. 1. It's completely waste of money. Very congested, no maintenance, no proper front desk person, somehow managing by inexperienced persons. No fault of those inexperienced persons. 2. Entrance is totally disgusting. Lot of stairs need to be climbed. Be careful. 3. The booking person will tell you all good things including food availability. But no food is available in the Hotel. Even, for a cup of tea you have to really trace and request them. 4. No attendant is available till 8 am in the morning. So, if you need a cup of bed tea or, morning tea- forget it. 5. Overall, it's completely opposite and disgusting to what the booking person tells you. Only plus point is Ganga View. I rate this small dingy hotel ( not resort what they claim) very poor. Be carefully.
Location is amazing view form the rooms is awesome but the room are really small at least the one we stayed in. They to not provide food services and you have to go outside even for tea or a water bottle.
The only good thing about this place is the Ganga view. Else, the services are immensely pathetic, the management is horribly rude and everything boils down to money at the end.
Entrance is very bad. And no staff is there to carry the luggage. Have to go outside for food. No Parking facility.we parked our car at different place which was chargable.
