The rooms were decent but the washroom in most of the deluxe rooms are old and dirty and had a foul smell. Apart from this the location of the hotel is good and they also have parking. The rates of their restaurants are very reasonable and the taste is also good.

Stayed here for 2 days. Must say the staff is very helpful, helped me everytime I asked something for my 3 yr old toddler. Also somehow I left my precious perfume in the room, the staff was loyal enough to return it to us. Highly recommend in terms of service.

The place has good rooms and average rooms depending on the room that you get. The staff was friendly and helpful even when we had to leave early morning or arrived late at night. The hot water however turns out to be lukewarm towards the evening , it could be 5 star with that being fixed :)

Prime location, good ambience especially 3rd floor and 4th floor rooms and cordial staff is the main attraction of this hotel. Although, room Prices are on a higher side but still it is good to be here with your family. Food offered here was amazing too! Best for family staying. Best connectivity o various places like station and others Make it more useful. Hotel premises also has PNB ATM Machine. Beside it, Biryani By Kilo and Jockey showroom is also there.

Visited Ranchi for a friend's wedding and stayed at Ganga Residency for 3 nights. Must say the rooms and food seem to be at par with, or even better than fancy hotels in cities. Do try Mutton rogan josh, Paneer butter masala and chowmein at their restaurant. The rooms were equipped with all amenities so I could work out of the room during the day. Also attended two of the wedding functions at their banquet hall, the service was top tier. Overall a highly recommended place to stay or eat out in Ranchi.
