Staff behaviour was ok cleaning facility is good doctor was experienced

Firstly, REGISTRATION of this hospital is FAILED they take money as much as they want to fill in their pocket . Nurses are really very irresponsible they forget that nurses should be very humble and polite to the patients and their relatives they always treat harshly with very aggressive behaviour. management is very bad specially in reception they don't know how to talk, discrimination between rich and poor regarding fees , no security, way of treating patients is very bad. Most important Very very Very unhygienic, no seperate toilet for patients, only one single toilet for all ladies, gents and patients...No proper doctors available, Except Dr. N Singh and his assistant shantanu.... I will never recommend anyone to go to this hospital

I am giving this one star rating because of the behaviour of the staff. Doctors, nurse are good and well behaved. Plz whoever is the owner of the hospital plz keep educated staffs specially in reception.. the receptionist behaviour is very bad nd rude.. she don't know the job of receptionist.. she is uneducated and very rude and lack of knowledge... And because of these kind of people (staffs) your hospital is getting defamed..... So kindly replace her and think twicely before giving anyone job ... Because it's a hospital...you should talk nicely nd answer people respectfully.

These 5 stars only for Dr singh. He is God for poor. He is so humble so kind.. But the staff members are so rude and their behavior for patient is so bad. They perform discrimination towards poor and rich patient.

Bad bad bad, even worst.N Singh , N Singh, N Singh, He is good, but everything else is bad.We recently visited, 1st day : Test test test, whole day, money first,ok, 2nd day , operation needed take these medicines come after one week ...... 3rd day : paper submit, patient waiting...... No one cares ..... watching smartphone, checking insta, share markets, patient feeling bad, he is on his won, 4th day : waiting from morning, no care, .... wait .......wait....... at 2pm got chance to meet ( feeling like seeing Jagganth of puri ( rare on earth), some hope), N Singh, looking document s, what problem, this n that, oh this and that, take these medicines, come after 15 days). We are out of gate : Deep breath, " What an experience!"! !

Staffs behaviour is very rude.... Hospital is very dirty...No management is there....U should wait to talk to dr singh minimum 2hr... Nursing staffs in this hospital dont have a proper degree ..they r just hs passed students trained and working....

I request to the management pls keep educated staffs...who all r completed atleast a nursing course...these all staffs r even didn't complete a general nursing course...and teach them how to behave with patients and their family
