My experience of staying here was amazing. It's located right across the river, that gives you such a amazing view and access to the river. It's walkable to Har ki Pauri. The Rooms, food and ambiance is really good and clean. The staff are really helpful and good, the hospitality by the hotel was really appreciated as we checked in late but they made sure to arrange the dinner. 100% recommend. Thank you team.

The only great thing about this hotel is the location. There is a quiet ghat that is accessible just by taking the steps down. The rooms are spacious, you get hot water in the bathroom and the furniture is antique but sturdy. The food and service are terrible though.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, providing stunning views of the Ganga and allowing easy access to Har-ki-Pauri on foot. Please note, though, that the hotel is in a restricted-access area, which may require some coordination and a few phone calls to navigate with your vehicle. As for dining, the food offerings are fairly standard. However, the courteous and accommodating staff make for a pleasant stay.

The worst hotel we ever stayed. Firstly they take full payment in check in so that you cant do anything or else you will loss your money . So we went there on family vacation considering its location is on ganga ghat and near to har ki pauri but that is the worst decision we take. When we order tea these people take almost 50 minutes for serving the tea only and when we go to restaurant area the staff their saying that NO AC is working (remember there are 2/3 AC is restaurant area) but nothing is working. After that when we were leaving for Aarti Darshan the lock of the gate broke and the person again take 45-50 minutes to repair it due to this we were not able to attend Aarti. In the middle of the night the AC stopped working. When we called on reception the person says that property is OLD and AC filter is like it is not get serviced since last 2-3 years. now cherry on the cake, in the morning when we got up the room is converted into little swimming pool and all our luggage ,shoes got wet and no one is concerned about it so in Hospitality they are just NEGATIVE (i hope i can give negative rating here) They don't deserve a single star.

Recently we stayed here on our trip to Haridwar. Location is very good, 5mins walk to har ki pauri. Its a very old property, not maintained well. Staff behavior and service is excellent.

This hotel is located right on Gangaji ghat. We would have loved the place, but had bad experience due to poor service. After a long tiring drive to this place, we were made to wait for close to an hour (well past the check in time) as the room was not ready !! No one to carry the luggage, had to do it ourselves. The dining space is very small, and had to wait for a table for another hour for an already late lunch (delay due to late check in). Had to repeatedly ask them to clean the table, take order etc. Finally got food served with onion after specifically telling them we don't eat onion. They replaced the food, but by then were super hungry, tired and frustrated. We lost precious time in all these hassles, and hence could spend very little time at Ganga ghat. At night we found that the AC remote was not working, and it was just too uncomfortably cold. So had to switch it off and sleep. The hotel gave some discounts to compensate for our poor experience. Overall not a pleasant stay for the price we paid. Find other places nearby which are way cheaper and better.

Location is good right in middle of market and on the banks of Ganaga. Have direct access to Ganaga Ghat from hotel. Har ki pauri is very near. Rooms are dirty, not cleaned before guest checks in. Colour from all walls were pulled off. Rooms were stinking very badly. Very small room. Bathroom was dirty, shower not working and not cleaned. A/c was noisy and not cleaned and blows stinking air. Breakfast was very basic. Entry to hotel restricted before 500 meters so no vehicle allowed till hotel. Hotel looks beautiful from out side but from inside not worth at all. Not recommend at all. Don't fall prey to the photos posted by hotel.

Ganga fa ing view at the Ram Ghat makes it a great accommodation option at the Har Ki Paudi Dham if you are looking for a stay during your Haridwar/ Rishikesh trip. They provide complimentary breakfast with good options (vegetarian)to pick from. Please be ready to walk a bit as the place is in the no vehicle zone of Har Ki Paudi, however you can seek help via e rickshaw to commute back and forth from the place and the roundabout where you can board your vehicle.
