We visited just before Diwali and the area was relatively Less crowded . Be hereby 430-5 pm and take a seat on the stairs . People collect money for everything here by technically everything is free .. so beware of giving money, even the "Tika" people are money minded . Just enjoy the bliss, the atmosphere, the Aarti and come back :-) the Aarti during winters is at 6pm and lasts for ten mins only . There are plenty of places to keep your footwear and changing rooms.
