Gang-Dua eco Tourism and Resorts - Indian restaurant in Naldari - 24 Paraganas South, India

We went for a day outing trip, rooms are in great shape, optimum level of health and hygiene is maintained. Food was great. The property is well maintained and the surroundings are also great. Great for a day outing or one night stay

Rooms are very good and comfortable. You can see the river from balcony. Views are very sweet. Feeling very cool and calm. Morning and evening time the river view is feels mind peace. For one or two days vacation it's very cool place.

Nice resort on the river Hooghly. Large open space with a beautiful garden. Rooms are cosy. The ones facing the river have fantastic views. The view from the rooftop is excellent.

1. Continuous voltage drops inside and current offs - No proper power backup. ACs are not maintained. 2. Water in the pool is very unclean and extra charges for pool access was added at time of checkout without prior notice. 3. Poor management, no inter telecoms. Either you have to go to helps' room or call them on whatsapp. No water was available in washroom for around 30 mins in the morning. 4. They can only cook limited food items, ordered Chinese like noddles and pasta and were not even edible, we returned it to the help after paying full. 5. Even after charging high for the rooms, they don't provide drinking water. You have to pay for it , if you finish the small 500ml bottle provided by them. 6. Location is very remote and no shops available neraby.Road leading to resort is also very narrow. Troubles if another 4 wheller comes in opposite direction.

Went here for a day outing. The road leading to the resort is narrow, difficult for 4 wheelers to pass on a busy day. But the property is well-maintained and the hospitality is amazing. All the staff are extremely courteous and helpful, food is good too. Cost was pretty reasonable. 1000/- per person for food 4 times and a shareable room. We had partial river view from the balcony. There was really not much to complaint about. It would've been better if our room had a bathtub as well. And they served snacks between breakfast and lunch; wish they served the snacks in the evening instead. Apart from that, very pleasing experience.

There is a voltage problem, foods provided are sub-standard... better to order basic food items, rooms are good though but service could have been way better

On 9-5-23 we checked in at 10-45 a.m. and we were welcomed by tea and biscuits and we were taken to suit number 6 at 2nd floor. Despite of severe heat we four were relaxed in two side by side air-conditioned rooms. The lunch,evening snacks,dinner and breakfast of 10-5-24 were very much satisfying. The cleanness of the rooms,bathrooms, living space even the huge garden area was too good. It took a lot of time to visit the entire area. All the staffs were very much cordial, the quality and quantity of food must be mentioned. Our pleasure in the huge swimming pool in the evening is more than expectations. The moonlit night,the murmur of Ganga, moving of commercial ship through Ganga compelled us to stay at the top roof till midnight. We left the resort with very good experience -- which will attract us in future. Our best wishes to the management as well as the staffs of Gang dua.

Not far from Kolkata(2 hrs away), Gang Dua or White House is an excellent place for picnic and day outing. Foods are good so is the behaviour of the owner and the staffs. Highly recommended place here in Burul. Whenever weekend comes this very place attracts me every time.
