VERY POOR SERVICE. They won't even provide water if you need it. Worst part is the reaction the people who work there give you. When you ask for something they will act like you are staying for free. Even the TV was not working there. The building is also average and old. Rooms and beds are very old and stinks.
i think management has to be very serious . I come every month for 4 days. And I always stay room no 5 stay at ground floor. No TV No Dust bin very bad we pay room rent as per the hotel. I think very serious if continue like Ganesh Mahal will be 10grade hotel in Mangalore. Request management to please start working now or it will be very late.
