Worst service Like government hospital and payment like one of the best hospital in ghaziabad. Worst management. They move my father to child gernal ward. I was ask for private room. They are not responsible for anything they don't have atticates talk to patient and family. Don't go for this hospital. Its worst then government clinics

I admitted to my father (Mr. Kamlesh Rathour) in ICU at Ganesh hospital due to high grade fever and internal bleed. At that time his platelets were twenty thousand & Hb was only 5 gm/dl and he was in a very serious condition. After a few hours his condition worsened and the consultant doctor asked to refer my father to a higher centre. After my request, The consulting doctor told me not to worry everything will be fine soon and asked to arrange six to eight units of blood and one unit of platelets. Then after transfused of blood and platelets, he was admitted in ICU for six days. Now my father's condition has completely improved. I did not need to refer my father to any other hospital. I sincerely thank to all consulting doctors. Especially to Dr. Akhilesh Gupta Sir. And express my gratitude to all the resident doctors and nurses of the hospital who took care of my father every minute. I am very happy with the treatment and the kind of services we got here. The staff is very nice and always happy to help..

Your support team injected a syringe 2 times in the wrong veins of his hand. These heartless people treat their patients so harshly. They used the same syringe 3 times in different veins just to identify the right one. According to their behaviour, they are freshers they don't have experience in their field. They don't know how to treat someone politely. They use harsh words and give negative replies to the patient and their family too. My father's hands are in very bad condition. He is feeling so much pain in his veins. Due to your staff's careless behaviour, my father is hurting a lot. This is not a single case, Ganesh Hospital support staff members are really bad and these members are putting a black mark on your goodwill. Kindly take strict actions to stop it or one day, Ganesh Hospital will lose its goodwill.

They are not Proffesional at all No cleanliness, no proper support from staff. Staff doesn't know anything, they are just transferring the call from one department to another. Really they need to improve their level. I personally recommend YADHODA only in Ghaziabad

Good service is hospital and all staff are corprate and helping nature . Doctor are treating a patient . Good treatment in ganesh hospital .and good belling staff.
