Ganesh guest house - Guest house in Hampi - Ballari, India

It is located right next to the Virupaksha temple. The staff are very friendly and the rooms feel homely. The food is decent and the views from the terrace are very nice.

They have rooms & rooftop restaurant. All the foods are prepared freshly. Had ordered egg fried rice & Gobi Manchurian. Egg fried rice was best. Gobi could've been better as it was a little overfried. You'll get a view of virupaksha temple from this homestay.

The restaurant has a nice view but the food was not good at all. Would not recommend to eat there. Expensive and not tasteful.

Clean and quite cheap double room with bathroom. Typical family run business, they are really lovely and helpful. Some rooms are in the same building of their restaurant therefore there is WiFi, but we asked a non AC room and they gave us a room in a separate building so there was no connection.

The family who runs this simple homestay is extremely friendly and honest. The room is basic but clean by Indian standards. The room we were given (in the front facing the street) was very hot despite having a fan. Good shower! The restaurant just above is run by the same super friendly family and serves the best meals we had in Hampi. All made from scratch and very delicious. Try the garlic curry, the cheese paratha and the salt lassi!

Nice unassuming restaurant with friendly owner and very good resonably priced indian food. (Ask for indian menu)

J'y ai passe quelques nuits. L'endroit est propre, le jeune homme qui gere les lieux est tres gentil et a l'ecoute, il tient aussi une agence de voyage locale si vous avez besoin de billets de train/bus/avion. Il annonce du wifi mais c'est faut. A sa decharge le wifi a Hampi est une veritable galere!! Donc ne vous prenez pas trop la tete et kiffez l'instant, sans pensez a vos amis numeriques.
