Not a pleasing place to visit. Most of the time we won't find items we need. But grocery items were okay
The store is good. But the behaviour of some workers is thinking that they are the boss and treated us like beggar. That's why the Ganesh departmental store becomes very poor day by day. If management is not taking care, then the store will be changed to some other hands like Kannan Departmental Stores.
Comparing other department store price amout is extra. Also billing section is very slow. Barking is not used so not available.
One place to buy veggies fruits and groceries... Sometimes fruits not in fresh condition.... When stock van comes, it occupies whole parking area.... And management doesn't guides customer s to use underground parking..

Very worst department store in palladam. All. Price. Are high. They told discount in mrp. 4 %. But they are not given discount in single product. Worst behaviour in staff. Yesterday we purchased house hold items. The price is high. So don't go that ganesh department store.
Most of the items are available. Went for some baby soaps and surprisingly it's there. Many times it's out of stock. Re-stocking is good. Staff need training too to locate items and help customers.
