Great service. Good behaviour. Clean and functional rooms. Rooms are a bit small. Location is great, everything is nearby. Street to enter the hotel is a bit dirty. But that's only 50 meters. I stayed with my mom for 3 days and had a good experience.
Classic Rooms were small in size. Actually it fits only bed and chair table. It is ok BTW for a stay of couple of days. Service and behaviour of staffs were good. It costed Rs1350 for one night for 2 adults. Checkin and checkout was way easier. Good for couples too.
Very good Hotel. Location is also very good it is located in Hanuman Bazar market. Very neat and clean rooms and washrooms. Staff behaviour also Very good ,helpful,polite and courteous. I recommend this Hotel for family.
Very poor experience. The stay at Shankar Bhavan was much better. No supply of hot water, no electricity backup, ans room service nit available for 24hours
Check in and check out process very slow I am waiting 1 hours. Last of staff behaviour very very bed. And blame to customer Do not respect to customer. Check out time he harrasment me for unclean bedsheet extra charges paying 500 forcefully and House keeping person behaviour to me he as a Don. And forcefully take my mobile and use my personal WhatsApp. This hotel price more high as compair to Bhubaneswar hotels price per day charges. No any customer stay hotel plz I request you all. He target only youth customer and claim to paying exam charges for any reason. This hotels daily income only extra charges paying money.
The rooms are smaller than the photos and the mattress was flat and hard. But the privacy and service was way better than the room. Liked my stay there. Good value for money.
