Really bad experience with this hospital. Main motive looks like to earn money. Office staff is not supporting at all. They will keep you waiting unnecessary. Also, the TPA department is not accessible immediately, first you have to inform at counter which will take about half an hour to pass on your message and again TPA will be available for talk after one hour. They will delay your medical insurance procedure and make you suffer. I strongly suggest do not visit this hospital.

Visited for uncle MRI scan. Equipped with necessary systems. Place maintained hygiene but clothes given for MRI scan was smelling badly. Need to maintain patient hygiene on priority basis. The employee available for scan need to do their work as their leader told to do so and they must not ask patient to pay for money in the MRI room itself. It is creating unnecessary stress on the patient. You are not taking care of patients mental health. As relatives are available for that purpose only and your team is taking care of money related concern. Hence stick to your business Only (work) and others will take care of their business (works) too.
