Nice place for small children and youths. Good place for walk in morning and evening. The pond is nice and good looking. Chhath Puja is celebrated here and recently chhath Puja has been celebrated here. Lots of crackers waste I found in the park and authorities should take care of it. Morning view is very good and people walks around the park in a very good lane which has been built recently. This place is very good for small children as there is very good structure for small children. There are small trees around the park and that makes it very beautiful. There is very big tree in front of pond and people sits around it. During hot summer, this place is good for relax when you are exhausted and roaming near it. You can also sit on the ladder around park and enjoy with your beloved ones. Kotwali is near it, so if you are tired during your work and want to relax the you can surely go and enjoy there. Huge amount of beautiful fishes I found in the pond when I was walking near the last ladder of pond. These beautiful fishes frequently jumps into air and scene is very beautiful to watch. The place is quite cool and you can find some silence on opposite side of the pond. Overall I found it a beautiful place for all sections of society.
Located in the middle of city this pond has been a dumping ground of garbage for many years, but we must give credit to Municipality of Rasra and it's Chairman Shri Vashishth Narayan Soni whose vision has converted this filthy place into a place to be proud of. Gandhi Park is now one of well maintained, clean, lighted place which attracts visitors from small children to old age people to sit quite watch musical fountain with old melodies and a chit chat point for like minded and old age people. The pond is a big attraction in Park surrounded by stepped staircase where one can sit down and forget hustle and bustle of busy city. This park was inaugurated on 16th May 2017 by Chairman Shri Soni in honorable presence of Two Member of Parliament Shri Bharat Singh Ji and Shri Rajbhar Ji. This park is aptly named on Mahatma Gandhi and there is a Gandhi Statue in a canopy. This place is attracted by Gandhians in and around the city . There is 08 seated AC Toilet built by municipality under Swachch Bharat Mission and operated by Sai Seva Sansthan(Lucknow) . I visited this place in evening only and could see joy of children playing on the payment in park. I only wished that they had a earthen ground in some part of park of kids to play . I was very pleased to see level of cleanliness availability of seating place. Quality of fountain and music and Calm atmosphere. I just wish that more cities and towns learn from the experience and do something for its citizen.

That's a really bold place for visiting. It has a variety of slide& gym accessories and had a very big pond like swimming pool see-saw slide and many more if you visit rastra please visit Gandhi park.

Neat and Clean palace! A small artificial pond is there , surrounding lots of good paintings..! Entry free of cost people come and celebrate their birthdays! Good Crowd, safe place for women b'coz it's situated in the main market in front police station!
