Public space with beautiful surroundings..

Location is in the centre of Imphal City, in close proximity to Kangla Fort. But the hall is not in a very good and appealing state, it needs renovation

Gm hall is located in the heart of Imphal City where there and also just close to Thangal Bazar and Paona Bazar and lies just opposite to Kangla Main entrance.it is mostly used to organise a function by any groups or individual by paying some ammount sometimes book fair or book mela are also organise...just beneath is there is manipur public library and just after the library there lies manipur Congress Bhavan.it is a nice hall with a capacity of about 350 seats with a stage measuring about 25-30 metres

Acoustic treatment.... Thats the only thing missing for a five star ... Love the place.. its iconic for the rockers of Imphal.

This hall is used for exhibition, stage performance and indoor gathering in the Imphal city. There is an ornate tower with a giant clock at the top.

It's a nice place for organizing events like teachers day, freshers meet, public meeting, etc
