Ghandhi Gyan mandir has a very dedicated yoga guru in the form of Ravindra kapadia. I got lots of benefits by attending the centre in terms of health and well being. They address all types of health challenges if anyone faces. I wholeheartedly recommend all to join the centre. If you are not able to attend in person they also have online classes wherein even overseas sadakas are attending.
It is centrally located and the place is a sacred one as chanting of OM takes place daily since more than 5 decades. It is an institution for learning of Yoga and meditation for all the age group of people. Separate classes for Ladies. Members who learnt or learning the same scattered throughout the world and maintaining good health. Many of people became yoga teachers and serving the society. Teaching of Yogasans sincronized to suit all walks of life and benefitted by them. In present situation of life standards with stress and strain, it is highly recommended and must for all to learn and do yoga and meditation for maintenance of better health.
