Ganapathi Residency (Anand Nivas) Men's PG & Daily Rooms - Hostel in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Good room for budget price. People going to foreign can stay here. Need to add some more items to make this small room to better. 1) mirror for wash basin 2) wash gun for western toilet 3) shower - if possible 4) try to make charging point near to bed.( light switch also). 5) chair and table to keep luggages. These one time purchase and some decoration will make this small room great. Remaining, good. Drinking Water Facility - Neat and hygiene. Reception - good, no rude.

I found somewhat better in terms of pricing comparing with other lodges & hotels... For 24 hrs they're charging Rs600

Rooms are clean and well maintained. These people are very customer friendly and they come out of their way to support us. Keep it up! All the main roads are accessible through walk, cars/cabs will drop you at 50 meters away from the lodge since it is located in the main Railway Station market.

Nice and affordable, close to MIT and chrompet railway station. Drinking water facility and washing machine available. Good stay till now . Highly recommended

I stayed here for 4 days in AC Room in this Mansion for daily basis. Very affordable, neat and customer friendly service. Only thing is, it is located inside the chrompet market road near Railway Station, so cab will not drop you at door.. You will need to walk less than 50 meters. Totally value for money

Very worst Residency, we have reserved the room already, but after reaching there in the Midnight they have refuse to stay there and refund the money immediately they arr telling that all the rooms are occupied we wear suffered very much in the new city don't try this PG

I am staying here in this Men's PG for 4 months and the new management of this mansion were very supportive during this COVID times as I work at airport. Food here is also very good. This is the best place in this area for this amount. Best for people who use public transport as everything close-by.

This is one of the worst PG one can stay in Chennai, beware guys at the time of joining they'll be polite and nice to you once you pay advance amount and Join everything over , the incharge at Chrompet Boopalan is fraud I have seen him man handling boys who stayed their when they asked for balance amount at the time of vacating he will abuse your parents if they speak to him on phone, I was informed 3000+ EB bill every month but in-between they added water bill 500 without our approval and even after water crisis got over they made it mandatory to pay . Even if you move with all clearance out of pg you have toil to get your advance amount calling multiple times and management also will never respond. I would rate -5/5 . NEVER EVER JOIN THIS PG AND LOSE YOUR MONEY.
