Gama Kitchen - Fast food restaurant in Chemancheri - Kozhikode, India

After a hectic long drive en route Coimbatore, we found a decent hotel to have our dinner. *Parotta with chicken Chilli gravy-Gravy is too bad to taste with too much sauce. *Soft parotta somewhat tasted good. *A black tea to continue our drive again after late midnight.

My recent experience at this hotel was rather average. While it had some positive aspects, there were also several disappointments. Starting with the positives, the parking facilities were good, providing a convenient option for guests traveling by car. However, the hotel's parcel service left much to be desired. They seemed to struggle with getting the orders right, especially when it came to special requests like reducing the level of chili in the food. This resulted in a messy and unsatisfying experience for those looking for a milder taste. Another letdown was the state of the bathroom and washing area. The poor maintenance was evident, and it certainly affected the overall comfort and cleanliness of the stay. The food served at the hotel was average at best. It didn't leave a lasting impression, and while it wasn't terrible, it didn't stand out as exceptional either. In summary, this hotel provided an average experience at best. While the parking was convenient, the lack of attention to cleanliness and the disappointing food and parcel service were major drawbacks. If you're looking for an unremarkable and mediocre stay while traveling, this hotel might suffice, but don't expect anything exceptional.

I will start with positive review.. nice idiyappam and peas curry,above average. But tea is worst, felt like milk is not boiled. Fish curry is full of water only. Overall below average..

Biriyani was below average.meals was ok.fish fry was not fresh. This place is Definitely not an option when you have many well known hotels available in Calicut city which is just another 10km away.

Good food. Amble parking , food was good , tried chicken biriyani , veg fried rice and paneer butter masala. All the items were pretty good. Have a mixed opinion about this place as when we went here previously the food was really bad , but today, jan 2021 , it was really tasty. Could improve on the staff behavior.
