Very Poor experience. Booked one week travel for Kerala, did not receive any good service. For example: we booked a tour for boat house in alleppey and these people did not book a boat house instead booked a hotel, and when questioned, told boat house is a waste of time, you don't need it and when asked they demanded more money to book it. Driver provided was very rude and made us walk long ways instead of dropping at drop-off locations. Had to travel all day instead of sight seeing due to poor planning. Could not enjoy much because of their treatment. We considered this because of the reviews, but no one gave a bad review for them. I would not prefer them again.

I wish to place on record my sincere thanks to Global travels Mrs Smitha for organising our maiden tour to Singapore /malaysia and cruise The planning was meticulous and every detail was tied up Infact prior to our move , I was suprised to receive all passes and relevant details. we were kept abreast with details throughout the tour with what is going to unfold. She had got us booked at a good price for dream cruise, which was the ultimate attraction , excellent hospitality, Indian food available with a large spread and lot of activities. Like theatre/ casino/dances/ good music/ bingo gambols etc and for women duty free shopping Right from applying for visa to return check in every thing organised in a super manner , SINCERE THANKS to Mrs smitha FOR MONITORING OUR HOLIDAY trip with minute detail and personal touch. Every ISSUE WAS PROMPTLY handled, ALTHOUGH HARDLY ANY ISSUE CAME UP GTC thank you for making our trip special
