Galaxy multi-specialist hospital (Wadala) is worst hospital. They just focus on how to make money. Don't come to this hospital even if you have any Mediclaim insurance policy. BMC hospitals are much better than this hospital. Very very bad experience. First of all the lower grade staff have no decency to speak to their own staff in front of customers. Municipality hospital staff are much more decent then galaxy hospital staff. No cleanliness at all. Worst are private rooms specially toilets no hygiene at all and add to it filled with mosquitoes than government hospitals. The charges are bomb like any other five star hospital. Doctors are very good and approachable. I would never recommend anybody to this hospital. Discharge paper work takes the entire day. I think they are running short of skilled laborers. They are good for nothing.

Worst places please don't visit that place 1) first person you meet in the hospital is shravan he is biggest lair, he is sales person of hospital. He only want to mint money 2) they hire inexperienced doctor for treatment and they don't have idea symptoms. 3) RMO/Nurse can't find vain and not able inject IV properly. 4) they will make you do unwanted test to increased bill. 5) when you go for billing you find receptionist waiting for you for Rs 500 as bribe to prepare file of the case. On other hand management person support receptionist for rs 500. 6) they never take feed back from you or take your complaint seriously.

Fraud hospital and staff especially sharvan. Doctor and other staff are inexperienced. They does not know how find vain. They just want mint money from patient family member. Management are not accessible to the public. Receptionist want bribe post discharge. If you have medi claim also don't visit this fraud hospital. They make mess of everything.

Worst hospital and management ever. They make hole in your pocket. They call inexperienced doctors. They does not have experience in treatment. They just want money from you. They do unwanted test and charge you as much they want. Don't go to the hospital even if you have mediclaim.

During hospital treatment treatment in ICU for my father 92 Year old 13th to 18th I am very much satisfied with On duty doctors, Nursing staff mama's, & management for extending their full support & by heart service received even at time of admission also staff including billing staff also very cooperative just by depositing token amount they started treatment. About Dr. Kapil Pawar no words to explain.Sir boosted our confidence & given best possible treatment. Though we cannot compare with corporate hospitals as far as infrastructure is concerned, I experienced very personalised nursing & treatment here. Mr.Shravan ji was a perfect coordinator.
