Had to avail the service here due to case of food poisoning and staff were very helpful on the phone even before we arrived at the hospital. Dr. Priya was very thorough and thoughtful. Thank you very much to everyone involved. Very much appreciated.

Hopeless and third class service. My Foot fracture attended by general physician not attended by orthopedic. Have to sit in queue for check then had to for x ray and again in queue like govt hospital. And charges are hefty. Would have given minus 100 rating.

I have been admitted to Galaxy Hospital twice, and I have to say, I had a pleasant experience both times. Besides this, I have visited doctors of different specialties at OPD level. All the doctors are very professional and well qualified, they treat their patients with kindness and take time to explain the illness to the patient. The nursing and administrative staff are also very efficient. I would definitely recommend this hospital to my family and friends. Dr. Ravish Kolwalkar is an experienced doctor with a healing touch, He's very understanding and listens to your concerns, and explains to you your condition , I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a orthopedic specialist!

My long time psoriasis was finally controlled & cured by Dr. Lairaee. I have been to many skin doctors in last few years but it was her who was able to fix it. Best skin doctor I have seen so far! Economical & effective treatment. Highly recommend. Hospital staff was also helpful.

All the staff including the housekeeping were very polite and well mannered. Best hospital and bills were also not very high unlike other big and corporate hospitals. All the best.

Rude receptionist During an emergency visit from Bangalore to Goa, we encountered a very rude receptionist at 10 PM. The experience was disheartening, and it's unfortunate that such behavior occurred in a hospital setting. It reflects poorly on the hospital and the overall atmosphere. Dealing with someone so unwelcoming in a healthcare facility is disappointing. We hope the management addresses these concerns promptly to maintain a positive environment.
