Business park with commercial offices.Park is for enterprise,wholesaler, dealers and agency's.Very spacious and has good parking facility.Cleanliness is very good. Location is a bit of concern but manageable due to availability of sharing autos.

3rd class location too much far from station and stops. Also rate of gala's is too much higher than market price. If you want to buy shop in crores then don't buy here because you get shop in crores in very good public area. Also you did not get possession on time you get possession after 2 3 years even after done full payment. Too slow construction work. Inside there is no cleaness so dirty place. Toilet bathroom are worst. No good management. Lower class business. There are number of galas in first building still closed after building construction is done. no. Of galas available for rent but no one going to get use of that galas. Because in that area there is not able run business. They only tell you about future development but that is not real. All false ads when you go check actual reality you understand what is exact scenerio. Worst place I never recommend anyone to go there. No value for money

Bit of a trudge from the nearest localities. Connected by proper roads although is kind of isolated in a way that there is a long stretch of road you need to cover before you see civilization Transport facilities are available and have a good frequency , the bus stop is just on the opposite side of the road.
Too much pollution and notice, industrial area I understand it may happen but the water is worsed and not drinkable. Management doesn't bother about this even after complaint, but other people are good restaurants also available there
