Please never visit this hospital for any of the diseases. Such a worst hospital I have never seen. This hospital is money minded. I had lost my first child in this hospital due to doctors and sisters carelessness. I was admitted due to labour pain at my 37th week of pregnancy, and while admission they checked my babys heart beat after that there is no proper care taken by the sisters and doctors in this hospital. At 3 pm they are telling that baby doesn't have heart beat and asked to roam like a fool to some other scan center in November month rain. Finally they took my baby out as dead. Pls never visit this hospital for any reason. They won't give any hope.

I had a terrible experience at AG Health & Maternity Centre in Chromepet, Chennai. Here are the reasons why: No parking facilities: The hospital does not have adequate parking facilities for patients and visitors. This made it very difficult for me to find a place to park my vehicle. Disrespectful security: The security personnel at the hospital were rude and disrespectful towards patients. They did not provide any assistance or guidance, and made me feel unwelcome. High consultation fee: The consultation fee of 250rs is quite high, especially considering the lack of facilities and services provided by the hospital. No proper guidelines: There are no proper guidelines for visiting the doctor, and no one is available to guide patients on where to wait or see the doctor. This led to a lot of confusion and frustration. Poor organization: The out-patient line is not properly organized, leading to long wait times and a chaotic experience for patients. Overall, my experience at AG Health & Maternity Centre was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare services in Chromepet, Chennai.

Had an terrible experience In A G Hospital Chromepet on 04th June 2023,Sunday early morning at 4:30. Stepped in for an emergency situation and it took 15 minutes to locate and wake up the night shift duty doctor and all I have requested to assist us with a support to check the pulse of my unconscious father who is residing 2 building away and their was no humanity extended with in the night shift team on that day. Only the security person apologized to me when Im leaving the place as he understand the pain what Im going through and he couldn't help me out any more, If their protocol is not to leave the premises but they haven't given me any suggestion to help me out or guide me with a second option. Finally Google gave me a suggestion of calling 108 service but it was too late and lost my father already when the ambulance arrived. As advised by the ambulance technician again I went to the hospital at 06:45 to see if they can help me out for further procedure and at worst scene the duty doctor was very rude in response and he asking us to go to Govt hospital. Night shift been handled by Unhuman. Please review the CCTV from 04:30 to 07:00 on 4th June 2023 Sunday morning and do have the corrective action taken to avoid life losses in future. If not please change the 24 hours hospital tagine and make it ad 9 to 6 clinic service so that as a public we won't expect services and leaves with disappointment.

I got admitted for 3 days for Dengue Fever during the third week of December 2022.I should say this while admission my platelets count was low and I was rightly advised by the doctor to get admitted. But after the treatment and the process I definitely feel they are the best at treating dengue fever. They did frequent visits throughout my admission and they were regularly checking my platelet counts and advised me personally on what to consume during the entire phase and guided me throughout my recovery. I thank all the doctors and nurses for my recovery during my time there.I highly recommend them for their way of handling the patients. I faced only 1 small issue . I stayed in a single occupancy room. The room was very clean and hygiene. The restroom had plumbing issue the tap was leaking which we raised complaint. They came and fixed it only when we were discharging.

Way of communication is not good. Showing their anger to patients and attenders. Night duty nurses and sisters are not trained employees. Kindly hire professional nurses and sisters

I have known and been visiting this hospital for almost 3 decades now. This is one of the best hospitals in taking care of your loved ones. A well trained professional can treat illness and administer medicines, but the care that people in this hospital give is unmatched. Starting from Dr.Uma and Dr.Vinothini madam, all the nursing staff, lab technicians, attenders, helpers everyone works so well together that makes this hospital one of the best hospitals in Chrompet. The hospital makes up for the lack of infrastructure by holding on to its roots by providing you with unmatched care and affection and that is the need of the hour.

Consulted Dr suresh for my mother in law. He handled the case very nicely. Nurses were caring and helpful. Regular cleaning is happening. Lots of changes in the hospital infra, admin since my last visit 10 years back.

Very poor coordination between hospital staff. Receptionist collecting amount for Doctor's consultation, however they unaware of Doctor's availability. Patient happened to be waited for hours to get the treatment ... Pls do reconsider visiting Chrompet A G Hospital...
