Pathetic management. No proper communication. Whatever communication is there, it's confusing unclear. Time management is never evident. Hotels good. Food... manager is unaware of proper order for the items. Passengers views overlooked always, suggestions neglected/declined. Places promised, not visited. Management at airport was really annoying. Passengers are not conveyed about flight number time, gate etc.
Worst travel company. The owner response so rudely and irresponsibly in tragic situation.
Tour to Japan cancelled in 3rd week of February because of Covid 19, which was scheduled in last week of March. Deposit amount not refunded till the date despite repeated requests. All group members are Sr. Citizens and are unable to contact to Organizer Mrs. Nandini Mam in Kolhapur. Very bad experience.
