Absolutely stunning home stay giving you the authentic vibes of Rajasthan and especially Udaipur. Full of richness and greenery which is very well maintained by the owner. The owner is also very generous and hospitable. The staff was also very cooperative and helpful. Rooms were outstanding, properly clean and spacious. If you are visiting Udaipur, you should definitely come and stay and this place. Totally worthy.

Dint expect this after reading the reviews..We booked a family room for Rs 4100...Not at all value for money..Room was ok. The outside exterior of the homestay was just painted but thr was paint all over the floors. We felt we had walked into a hostel..No hospitality..They were even reluctant to give us towels and had a story how ppl dirty them. Anyways we dint like the place and not worth what we spent..We also chose to hv our meals outside even breakfast as it felt nobody cared. In my opinion totally avoidable if on holiday with family ,on work trip may be.

We had wonderful experience during stay at gadh ganesh homestay. Very pieceful place as well safe to stay with family. The owner's nature is good and friendly as well helping. By plantation and caring birds in his premises he has established eco nature where you can feel nature happiness.

We recently visited Rajasthan and had a opportunity to stay in Gadh Ganesh Homestay. They are very well mannered, home looked very clean and their services were wonderful and very reasonably priced. Recommend this place.

I visited this place in 2018 and still this is the best home-stays so far. Our group (4 families) has a very special place for this lovely home-stay, in our memory. We will remain grateful to Uncle and Aunty for their hospitality. Wish to visit again.

It is a home away from home. Very neat , clean and beautiful homestay. Loved the garden with the swing. Well maintained. Value for money. Very Helpful Uncle ji. He advised us & also helped us to book the auto for sight seeing. Manoji was great he gave us brief of every place like a guide The Tulsi adrak chai was superb. My hubby enjoyed it daily. If again in Udaipur we won't think twice to stay here. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one

Pros: 1. The exterior of the property looks attractive. 2. The lawn, plants, birds are well maintained. 3. The owner and his family are soft spoken. 4. It is not far from all the tourist places. 5. Akram auto wala is good for Rs1200/- a day. Very helpful and full of authentic facts. Must get his services, than cabs. Cons: 1. The breakfast is too expensive. For example, 1 aloo pyaz parantha is Rs125/-, achar/ curd extra 50g for Rs50/-, 1 glass milk is for Rs80/-. Nothing is complementary. I suggest to enjoy the breakfast at JMD. Even restaurants don't charge as much. 1A. Everything is cooked on the ground floor. By the time it comes to the first floor in the common dining area, the food gets cold. Worst is simple bread butter. I suggest that there should be a dedicated working kitchen on the first floor with proper cook available for guests. 2. Small geysers (10 litres) are installed in the bathrooms. So, one cannot go back to back for bath, specially with kids. Very irritating if you have to follow an itinerary. 3. Too slippery tiles in bathroom. So please be very careful. 4. Very thin blankets unsuitable for winters. And if you ask for more, the staff hesitates. No heaters in the room as well. 5. The interiors of the rooms are ok sorts, though clean. So, nothing great. These can be enhanced with proper lighting such as fancy ceiling lights. Just 1 tubelight and a 9 watt bulb are there. 6. Owners really need to address the details to offer a value for money.
