Hey Epicures! We recently visited @gabrudichaap of Sindhi Colony. They serve different veg Chaap's, burgers, wraps, biryani, lasagna and some refreshing gabru da sips I.e shikhanjis. We tried all of them. I loved pardesi lasagna the most. Chatakdar chipotle and kinni sohni masala Chaap's were also decent enough. Chaap's are basically good source of protein. Coming to wraps and burgers they were totally unique stuffed with Chaap's. Also the gabru di biryani was tasty it was served with raita and a green chutney. "Gabru Di Chaap" is successfully bringing the punjabi tadka to the lands of Nawabs. They instantly make everyone's belly happy. Completely VEGETARIAN food - Chaap is a best alternative to meat with lots of flavours and less on calories. - Versatile vegetarian snack dish. - Soya pieces were marinated with a rich spices, cream and butter. - Perfectly cooked really nicely and has quite a meaty texture and a smoky flavour. - Full of protein and aah, tastes so delicious. - Served with a side of coriander-mint chutney, some finely sliced onions and lemon. The services provided are quite fast here. Good ambiance and tasty food place around the City of Nawabs.
With very limited options for chaap in hyderab, gabru di chaap is one of the very few places that serves some great chaap dishes. Some of my favourites from gabru di chaap are creamy Canada wali chaap, achari wrap, gabru Singh burger, pardesi lasagna chaap, which was the Chessiest and super delicious. Another surprising dish was the chaap biryani, which was super flavourful and had succulent pieces of chaap served with fresh raita. You can also order some refreshing shikanji that go perfect with the chaal dishes. Located in terminal drivein this place is a great spot to indulge in delicious chaap dishes.
Soya chaap has a perfect meaty texture to compliment the rich and creamy Indian vegetarian which is served along with rice and roti and is quite popular in northern parts of India. Gabru di chaap also serves wraps and briyani ! Makhani Chaap is marinated in a thick gravy of tomatoes and onions, cream with Indian spices and then grilled. Malai Chaap was creamy and mildly spiced flavourful which is marinated and thereafter cooked. Tawa Chaap Gravy with Roomali Roti is a super delicious and spicy gravy made with tomatoes and fried onions and spices and must give this a try. Pardesi Lasagna Chaap is a perfect fusion of moist Soya chaap with creamy and thick sauce, Italian seasonings and cheese which is an interesting try ! The Gabru da Sip comprises of a variety of Shikanji such as Cola, blue lagoon, Sprite, Rose Lemon and Fresh Lime Soda.Blue lagoon and fresh lime were refreshing and delightful.
Ordered Amritsari Chaap and it was simply delicious, but not as much as the Delhi counterparts do. But at least we got a start of the chaap in Hyderabad, and it's a good one. It's a simple small joint at a multi-restaurant premise. Small but great menu. Welcome to the taste buds. Just one thing, the portion was small.
Taste is good but seems making style is very similar for all the items. Tried 2 types and they tasted very similar. Overall it's good taste and can try once.

Good for family meeting. I personally didn't like cocktails the blue lagoon and icy lemon I have tasted better than this that was not worth the price. Overall it's good with family.
