Pretty good example of "how not to run a business". Services were bad, lacked min level of intergity. The owner treats the employees in an unprofessional way and we believe is the real cause of all the bad here. We had a bunch of pretty bad experiences, one of them to highlight would be, "We booked AC rooms, but the AC were switched off elsewhere and couldn't be switched on from within the room." We used the rooms for two hours and AC were never switched on even after multiple requests at the reception. They were happy to charge the AC rooms"

I have doubts about how the hotel managed to get a 3 star rating. There is lack of staff and amenities that are in working order. The hotel has nearby "pay n parking" and is near to temple. Otherwise nothing much to write about. The rooms were not clean.

It's a place with the owner as the receptionist, waiter, assistant, manger, cook, and whatever u can guess.... I had a real awful experience staying there with a dripping Ac along with bugs and Cockroach to give me company... The food served below is below average. And above they charge a lot for this awesome experience that's provided over there.. P.s - The staff are very helpful..

It all went well .we stayed for 1 night and the owner accepted to give a single room for us ( 5 people ) at nominal price .The problem started after few hours staying in room . 1)we noticed that the bedsheets weren't clean (blood stains /dirt) and the pillow covers too(Don't want to mention how it was) . 2)It was too hot in alappuzha and we opted for AC and It didn't cool the room .only the fan was running.They charged 500 extra for it. 3)Less staffs.The owner has to turn up all the time . 4) The main thing ,the room is full of mosquitoes .And I saw the reviews once I started realizing it and everyone said the same for years and years ago.still no improvement .Pathetic . 5) TV wasn't working . 6) It was not at all looking like a 3 star hotel .No room service .Dirty floors( I have pics but don't want to attach ) .They have a restaurant at downstairs and food was average .It would be better if they shift the Toilets which was next to kitchen . 7) The MD's behaviour-We gave a positive rating initially with some negative comments and when he noticed the review ,he started acting rude and was rude with his words which made the trip end badly . The best positive thing -Located very near to temple. I don't write reviews normally ,but for this I was forced to. We heard that the owner is in different country .If you see the review ,please do consider and make few improvements to attract customers. Thank you .

Ac room for 1500 for a night. No help in carrying luggage. Ac was not working. They made me to wait almost 45 mnts in night while ac was not working and other rooms were available. Finally got a room where ac was working but he refused to keep remote in the room saying people usually steal his ac remotes !! Answer to below comment from owner - I took a family ac room,that's correct, everything else is a lie from your side.Check out time is next day 12 noon, not 24 hours. I had 2 heavy luggages, if you haven't noticed it's because you don't focus on customer handling at all.I was roaming inside your hotel following your guy from floor to floor,not even a helping hand was offered. I had to wait inside room seeing you trying to fix ac issues for 45 mnts at night 10 pm while other rooms were vacant because you don't focus on customer comfort and purpose of booking a hotel room. If you are saying you handed over remote to me and didn't say that ,

Not worth to give one star disgusting place and zero manners of the owner

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life time. Iam a regular google reviewer . Serious attitude issue. I have no words to express..... pathetic. Owners attitude

Got a room first. AC was not working good and produced huge noise as well. They were hesitant to give another room. Since they had no choice, we were alloted another room. It was just okay. The floors were clean. Water closet had a slight leak. The bed was below average. They should service all their air conditioners. Definitely not worth 1.3k for a night. I have been to better hotels near the same place for less than 1k.
