Dr's Good behavior and service is very good by hospital staff

I never recommend to visit Gabani Hospital. Worst Hospital, Worst Doctor & Worst staff. It was 8.30 pm we saw the guy without mask seating on the hospital reception. We asked him for a Doctor, he said I'm the Doctor (asst. Doc). He was very rude and no quality of Doctors. Munnabhai typewala Doctor. Mostly Doctors are warm specially when you visit hospital for the first time so person will feel comfortable. He asked my father to laydown on the bed where the cleaner was sleeping. After that he called another guy for help and he scanned my father's abdomen to see if there is any blood clot as he was bleeding heavily while urinating. He said I will call Gabani Sir and ask for his advice. He called him and prescribed the medicine and asked us to get admit. I was hesitate to stay overnight and refused to get admission after seeing their rude behavior. Hurrily I went down to buy medicine from the pharmacy and I was waiting for the lift. When I pressed the lift button, the same cleaner came. I thought he will come out from the lift and let me in but instead he closed the lift door and didn't allow me to get into the lift saying he is going up (same floor). He was alone in the lift. I went up again to take my Dad and asked the reason to Asst Doc. Why they are not using Mask specially during Covid-19. He said rudely that even Dr. Gabani is not using the mask.

I visit second time in hospital. But the doctor behavior is very rude. Every answer make a confusion for patient. Not satisfied answers. And many of report is only for money making. Just for formality. I am very unhappy. Cover is good but book is bad. That's it for this hospital.

Doctors and staff members are very humble to patient. I had very nice experience.
