G9 hotels and resorts - Hotel in Bhavnagar - Bhavnagar, India

Very bad hotel. Rooms are so so. Hardly 700 rs hotel. Manager is a very very good person with a very very shameful behaviour. They charged for Dining room for our group but there was no dining room. Ground and first floors are full of shops. Very dirty place which anyone can see through my pic. When we need normal water from tap most rooms gave us only hot water but in the morning there was no hot water. Most bed sheets are dirty and seems like unchanged. There is nothing systematic there but reception never give you the key of the room without your photo identity card. Worst hotel in my Gujarat trip. But they charged 2000 rs from us per room. Very few staff. Try to avoid this hotel. Ambience is like a very dirty slam area.

We were a group of 8, visited the place on Nov 2018, had booked executive rooms. Rooms are poorly maintained. Bedsheets are not changed. Bathrooms were very dirty. Dustbins were full. They came and cleaned the bathrooms at 11 pm after repeated requests. Cockroaches are moving around in the rooms n bathrooms. The state of executive rooms is this, imagine the normal rooms . Terrible experience. I won't give a single star to this hotel.

Finding the location of this hotel is little difficult. Entrance to the building is shabby. Once you enter the hotel in the second floor, it looks nice. Hotel room was good, but small. We were three people and it was congested for the third bed. We wanted to take bath early in the morning. (At around 5:15am). There was no running hot water. Woke up the receptionist and he started calling people to look into this. After some time he cut a sorry figure saying that hot water system is not working and we will get hot water in bucket after 7:30am once the cooks come on. We had to leave to Somnath by 7am and had to take bath in cold water. Irresponsible people.. Food was very average..

Hotel is at good location. Near by railway station they also serves breakfast but don't accept to much from it.. the breakfast was simple no spoon was available no nonveg food. Menu was cornflakes milk tea puri bhaji Room service could have been better Hot water was not available in the bathroom the room service boy brought it from outside. Housekeeping cleaning was not done from the morning after my several request they cleaned my room Conclusion if you are looking for hotel with average service and good deal ( u can try) they don't allow uamarried couples

It's good to have stay at G9 hotels , services are good and on time , sincere staff and average- quality food is available in door kitchen , only veg food.. But the washroom compared to price were very bad

We had a group of 17 People and had Worst service experience ever... Bathrooms do not have water, AC doesn't work, and when complained about the same, Mr Shakti, General Manager, is only caring about the money to be collected. Beware.

Hotel Was nice. But the washroom compared to price were very bad. Also the service was poor. And the breakfast was very bad and not hot. Also there was no any juice in breakfast

Very bad and horrible experience, staff is adamant and arrogant, no hot water available , cockroaches roam freely in the room, this is not worth 1 star also, Rooms are smelling , i have even taken the pic of the arrogant person .no food or tea facility.
