I'm extremely disappointed with my recent cake purchase from G5 Bakery. Despite clearly expressing my desire for an ice cake and confirming it multiple times, the cake I received wasn't an ice cake. When I selected a vanilla and chocolate-flavored cake, they presented it as an ice cake, but unfortunately, it wasn't.
This oversight totally ruined the birthday party, and I advise if purchasing from here, double-check to ensure you get the right cake. It seems they might not be fully aware of the types of cakes they are selling.
I just want to express that if you're out of ice cake, please don't mislead customers who come to purchase it. It can completely ruin someone's day.
I've read other reviews too, and numerous people have been misled by receiving the wrong cake from here. It's a disappointing and shameful act from the seller. I paid 800rs for a 1kg cake, and it completely ruined my day. This is the worst experience I've ever had.
It was completely disaster they gave normal instead of ice cake. After multiple time Asking still they were gave wrong choice of order to my brother. It was very bad experience make bad memories with birthday cake.
Beautiful decorated shop, maintaining all the hygiene steps. Most of the time I visit them to buy breads, they have large variety of breads which are tasty and healthy. The cakes and pastries are so well decorated and yammy.
